(no subject)

In some ways, things have not changed much for us. I was already not working and staying home except for appointments and the occasional social engagement. Mike (hubs) was working from home 3-4 days a week. So now we're home with no social engagements lol, and we were in an appointment lull. I'm having my weekly therapy appointment via facetime.

The biggest change is Ethan being home all the time now. He's had schoolwork that the school had released juts the day before shut-down, and he just sent that in. He has another week's worth of work that just got released today to do by Good Friday. Then it was going to be school vacation anyway, and they are leaving it that way. Original date for re-opening was April 20th, but we all know that ain't happening. Waiting to hear that school will be closed for the rest of this school year (June).

In the meantime, he is gaming alllll the time. This is good and bad. :-P

I started making masks, and wish I had started sooner. Oh well, they are being made now. I have a lot of quilting cotton from when I did craft sewing, so that's no problem. Waiting on elastic, but in the meantime getting stuff cut out and doing the first couple steps of sewing until then.

More writing update to come on firesign10 but writing has been fantastic. Today I'll be posting my Spring Fling, both given and received!

I originally had planned to attend the final ep viewing in Lawrence, KS. As soon as the virus hot the news, I canceled, figuring at the very least I would not be comfortable traveling. I hadn't made plane reservations, but I had already booked a cute airbnb, but they were super nice about me canceling. I got a refund minus $10, so can't complain there.
