Counting Stars...

Hi everybody!

Back from New Jersey Con. Of course, as you might expect, it was amazing. I'll be posting more about it, but first I just wanted to say hi and give a big shout out to my amazing, amazing roommates who made my trip possible. blackrabbit42, tifaching, and roxymissrose - you guys made it all possible. I could not have managed this trip if you guys have not been so wonderful about helping me and supporting me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'll be writing more about this, but I wanted to get this up ASAP. I've skimmed the friends list, but if there's anything you definitely would like me to see, please ping me so I don't miss it. I do have about a dozen tabs of stories open!

Last night was a total disaster on the Creation site. Unbelievable how inept they were about this. It's a ticket site, people, you have to expect waves of buyers. Mike kept saying if this happened where he works, people would be fired over it, it was such a massive failure.

That being said, I am cautiously optimistic that I might have a ticket. I was able to place an order this morning. I'm not going to fully rejoice until I get my confirmation email. I have the email that says I placed an order, but I want to see the one that says YOU HAVE A TICKET BITCH.

Thanks for putting up with cryptic posts of distress. Seriously, I broke down and cried at one point. Major points to my husband for working so hard to help me get a ticket and being so supportive of this in general. Major points to blackrabbit42 for supporting me on text. And a big shout-out to riyku just because. *hugs you guys*
