Aug. 1st, 2020 04:41 pmHey, it's only been a week and a half this time!! I'm on a roll!
Eye update: Surgery is monday morning 8/3. I've had my pre-op checkup at my doctor, and I had a COVID test yesterday. Should have results tomorrow. In the meantime, I am isolated at home. We're all masking if we are in the same room, and most of the time we are not in the same room. Mike is sleeping downstairs. (This is all only unril the surgery.)
I'm working on two stories. I started a charity auction fic, but I've put it aside for the moment to work on my![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
spn_eldritch story, a horror challenge that I am very fond of. Up to 4K on that, and the chills are just beginning.
Typing is hard because the keys are fuzzy and kinda double :-P
Working on a big lot of masks - 40? 50? - that I'm hoping to finish this weekend so it can get sent off.
I'm going to have restrictions for at least a couple of weeks. No lifting, no bending over. I'm trying to do it now, and it's not easy. And it's very annoying. But I don't want to have to have my eye fixed, so it must be done.
Back to sewing while I watch a bad, bad disaster movie.
